WR Ryan Wingo Has Locked In His Official Visit to Georgia
Some offensive fire power making a visit to Athens soon.
One of the top wide receivers in the country Ryan Wingo has seen his interest sparked in the Bulldogs over the past few weeks. That has led to Wingo scheduling his official visit to Athens for June 2nd, per his father.
Ryan Wingo took an unofficial visit to Georgia in early March and that left a good lasting impression on Wingo. There is no timetable for a commitment for Wingo, but it sounds like it could be soon. If he does hold off on his commitment I would not be shocked to see him in Athens for a game sometime during the upcoming season.
Wingo will not only take a visit to Athens. He is also considering visits to Texas A&M, Tennessee, Alabama, Penn State, Notre Dame, and many others. As you can imagine it will be a tough competition to try and land one of the top players in the nation. One other quick note the Bulldogs might have a secret weapon to try and get Wingo to commit. Earlier today reports got out that a commitment from Dylan Raiola to Georgia seems imminent. Ryan and Dylan happen to have a very good relationship on and off the football field. Ryan said, "We talk about teaming up all the time.” Both players will be in Athens that first weekend in June for a big official visit weekend.
