One of the Top QB’s in the Country Is in Athens Today

Georgia is set to have a massive group of visitors this weekend, but before that happens Kirby Smart will host the top quarterback in the 2026 class Julian Lewis.

Julian Lewis is one of the hottest names in all of recruiting. As a freshman, he lead Carrolton all the way to the State Championship game. They ultimately came up short against Mill Creek, but during his freshman campaign, Lewis threw for 4,118 yards and 48 touchdowns.

He announced on his Twitter earlier in the week that he will be in Athens for a visit today, Thursday, March 16th.

All the spotlight will be on Lewis today during his visit. He will watch the Bulldogs go through Spring Practice and then will be able to spend some time with Coach Smart and Coach Bobo. It is no secret as to how good of a player Julian Lewis is. Georgia was in on him early and that is paying off so far. They will be fighting pretty much every team in the country to get his signature when the time comes but until then, the Bulldogs will just keep chipping away at Lewis. Other schools that have offered Lewis and are recruiting him are Ohio State, Alabama, and LSU. If your offer list looks anything along the lines of that as a freshman you know you are a talented player.
